Children's Hospital Closes on 421 Park Drive Acquisition for $172M
Alexandria Real Estate has sold roughly 268,000 square feet of space at 421 Park Drive in Fenway to Boston Children's Hospital for $172,534,038.20. Alexandria announced the signing of a purchase and sale agreement for the property this past June. This transaction results in 48.5% of the 660,000 square-foot building being committed, including ground-floor retail. Per the initial announcement, Boston Children's will continue to fund its pro rata share of the costs to develop 421 Park Drive, which is expected to be substantially complete in 2026.
