Colliers Partners with Developers to List County Line Farms Distribution Park
Colliers is collaborating with developers Aspyre Properties and Blue Steel Development to list County Line Farms Distribution Park. Construction is complete at the 2.8 million square foot build to suit industrial park is located in Plant City, FL. The park is anchored by the recently announced 710,434 SF Class A distribution/logistics facility for Ace Hardware’s Central Florida hub. The park offers a variety of options to best meet any user’s need from 60,000 SF to 1,000,000 SF. The project is located on County Line Road, 1.5 miles south of the I-4 interchange at the boundary of Hillsborough and Polk Counties in what is commonly referred to as the I-4 Corridor. County Line Road is recognized as one of the best logistical locations within the I-4 Corridor and is home to major distribution centers for Amazon, Publix, Home Depot and O’Reilly’s just to name a few.
