Condominium Tower in Downtown Sarasota Receives Partial Approval
The Sarasota Development Review Committee granted partial approval for a new 10-story condominium tower on the edge of the downtown core in Sarasota. The developer, Sarasota-based Jebco Ventures, will have to clear up a few remaining questions and then the project will go to Sarasota Director of Development Services Amy Pintus for final approval. The Edge will offer 27 condominium units. The building, on a just over half-acre site, will feature a three-story parking garage and with seven residential floors above it. Amenities will include a fitness center, conference room, and event space along with an outdoor pool deck and amenity space on the fourth floor.
