Construction to Kick Off for Roxbury Condo Project
A building permit valued at $9,871,328 has been pulled to begin construction on an approved condo project along Northampton St. in Roxbury. The 6-story building will include 47 condos, all designated affordable. The project will be constructed on a roughly 10,000-square-foot parking lot located between the Southwest Corridor Park and the Newcastle Court residential building.
