Jefferson Plaza Redevelopment Update 01/30/24

Construction Underway for Woodbridge Multifamily Development

Construction has kicked off for the Jefferson Plaza Apartments in Woodbridge, VA. Plans for the 8-acre site call for 240 units of housing with a focus on green space. Financing for the project includes tax-exempt bonds through Virginia Housing and tax credit equity from Freddie Mac through Hudson Housing.
