Construction Update: Chelsea Point
ARCO has shared new progress photos of the new 146,000 SF distribution facility they are constructing for Hines. The 8.6-acre in-fill Class A industrial development is located in Chelsea, Massachusetts, just two miles from Boston Logan International Airport and three miles from downtown Boston. The facility features a flexible design to accommodate single or multiple tenants, 36’ clear height, 36 dock positions, and precast construction.
