Construction Wraps Up for Affordable Housing Project in East Boston
A certificate of occupancy has been issued for The Grace Apartments along Sumner Street in East Boston. The new building includes 42 units of low-income elderly housing. The new units have been designed to meet Universal Design guidelines. Ten units will be for residents with incomes 30% AMI or below, five of which will be dedicated to formerly homeless residents. Sixteen units will be for residents with incomes at or below 60% AMI.
