Crossroads RI Breaks Ground on 94 Summer St.
Last week, Crossroads Rhode Island held the ceremonial groundbreaking to mark the start of construction at 94 Summer Street. Expected to be completed in 2025, 94 Summer Street will help address Rhode Island’s housing crisis by creating 176 affordable apartments for formerly homeless adults. Each fully furnished, one-bedroom apartment will include a private bathroom, living area and fully equipped, eat-in kitchen. Future residents will also have access to case management and other supportive services as needed to help them maintain their housing, as well as common space on every floor to help promote community.
