401 Park Update 02/21/22

Demolition Underway at Landmark Center in Fenway

has pulled a demolition permit for the parking garage and former Bed Bath & Beyond at the Landmark Center in Fenway, kicking off another phase of development. won approval to construct an additional life science/retail building within the 401 Park site. The new building will include 550,000 square feet of state-of-the-art life science space plus a 50,000 square foot Star Market on the ground floor.
