Framing Advancing at 421 Park
Work to build the steel frame for 421 Park Drive is advancing and is expected to continue through June. Curtain wall installation is currently scheduled to begin in mid-May. The upcoming 13-story tower will feature over 650,000 square feet of life science and retail space. The new building will also offer direct connections to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Fenway station, and bicycle and pedestrian paths.
