Developer Planning Build-To-Rent Community in Fort Myers
Wolfson Development recently acquired a 70± acre mixed-use development property on State Road 82 in Fort Myers with plans to construct 300 rent-to-own homes on the north end of the property. Along with the homes, the developer has plans for 400 garden style apartments and a retail component along State Road 82. The retail portion of the development will be complimentary to residential use, meaning it will not include storage facilities or gas stations. The property is located just east of the intersection of State Road 82 and I-75 convenient to housing, retail and industrial properties.
