Developer Swire Properties has revealed the preview of The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. Sales are expected to launch in Spring 2024. A preview lounge has been opened at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami Hotel. This two-tower luxury development will be the iconic culmination of residential development on Brickell Key, the exclusive island community developed by Swire Properties for over forty years. The first tower, approximately 800 ft tall, will house 228 luxury branded Mandarin Oriental Residences.
