Developer Seeking Building Permits for Mixed-Use Development in Boynton Beach
Developer Affiliated Development has submitted permit applications and is moving forward with an apartment community along with retail space in Boynton Beach. Affiliated Development acquired the 4.3 site in February 2024. The Dunes will include 36 townhomes, an eight-story apartment building with 336 units, and 2,600 square feet of ground level retail space. The plans indicate that 60% (201) of the apartments will be designated as workforce housing. An existing retail building on the site will be demolished. The development will be located on a site fronting S. Federal Highway.
