Developers Close on Land for Downtown Sarasota Condominium Development
Property Markets Group acquired two parcels of land in The Quay in downtown Sarasota for $37 million, the proposed One Park Sarasota. The development, located on the corner of Boulevard of the Arts and North Tamiami Trail with views of the downtown Sarasota skyline, Bay Park and Sarasota Bay will offer 123 condominium units. The residences, two to three bedrooms, will range from 2,460 to 4,219 square feet. In addition, the One Park Penthouse Collection, features six residences from 5,480 to 8,340 square feet with private rooftops, plunge pools and summer kitchens. The amenities for residents will feature a pool and spa deck, lounge, fitness center, golf room, private theater room, children’s playroom and One Park Executive Office Suites.
