Electrical Outfitting Underway on Grace Apartments in Eastie
Outkast Electrical has begun electrical outfitting on 187 Sumner Street in East Boston, issuing an electrical permit valued at $1.8 million for the project. Plans call for a 7-story multifamily building featuring 42 residential units across SF of floorspace.
