Exterior Complete at AER Tampa
The exterior is complete, and crews are working on the interior and site work at the Arts & Residents Tampa (AER Tampa). The 33-story development is located at 300 West Tyler Street in downtown Tampa, a short walk from the Tampa RIverwalk. It will be composed of 344 residential units, which will be available in eleven studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. The development will also include a separate structure with 13,688 square feet of ground-level retail space and a parking garage with 514 spaces above the retail space. Completion is expected in 2024.
