FAA Permit Applications Filed for Two Towers in West Palm Beach
Developer Related Companies has filed permit applications with the FAA for two mixed-use towers in West Palm Beach. East and West Towers will encompass close to one million square feet of space, which will include 60,000 square feet of ground level retail and restaurant space. In addition, the development will include 40,000 square feet of outdoor activity space. The 24-story East Tower will offer 485,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of retail space. The West Tower, 22 stories tall, will offer 480,000 square feet of office space along with ground level retail space and a rooftop amenity deck.
