FAA Permits Granted for 627-Foot-Tall Cranes at 2600 Biscayne
The FAA has approved the permit applications for 627-foot-tall cranes for the construction of a 40-story mixed-use tower, 2600 Biscayne. The tower will include 399 multifamily units, approximately 200,000 square feet of office space along with 9,500 square feet of retail space. A parking garage will provide space for 686 vehicles. The 2.1-acre site is one block from the planned Brightline commuter rail.
