Facade & Window Install Advancing for 3901 Fairfax
Window & facade installation are progressing for the new office project at 3901 North Fairfax Drive in Arlington. The 9-story, roughly 200,000-square-foot building is designed to a high standard of sustainability, health, and wellness, focused on touchless features and ample natural light. 3901 will also feature a thoughtfully-designed plaza with 10,000 SF of retail, multiple tenant balconies, and a 4,000 SF rooftop deck with views of surrounding D.C.
