Framing Begins on Boynton Yards Building 2
has begun steel framing on 808 Windsor Street in Somerville as vertical construction kicks off on Building 2 at Boynton Yards. The second approved building in the larger Boynton Yards development, Building 2 will feature a 12-story, 366,000 SF building with retail, arts/creative enterprise, and office/lab/R&D uses on the first two floors, lab and commercial uses on the upper floors with four levels of below-grade parking.
