GFI Partners Planning Large Industrial Park in Shrewsbury
GFI Partners is planning a large industrial park on the WSS Gravel processing site along Clinton Street in Shrewsbury. The developer would consolidate the processing operation, relocating a portion of it from the site and construct two warehouse buildings totaling 921,728 square feet located substantially within the previously developed and degraded areas of the property. The buildings as proposed will operate as traditional warehouse uses providing temporary consumer product storage, handling, and supply/distribution throughout the region. The project will include accommodations for 524 vehicle parking spaces, 187 loading docks, 71 trailer storage spaces, access driveways, and associated site and utility infrastructure.
