Goodwill Leases 84K SF at 95 East Distribution Center
Goodwill of Greater Washington has signed a 10-year lease for 83,753 square feet at the upcoming 95 East Distribution Center in Woodbridge. Caulley Deringer, Steve Cloud, and Andrew Hassett of Transwestern represented the landlord, a joint venture between Cannon Hill Capital Partners and The Pinkard Group, in the transaction. The warehouse project, located on 8.3 acres, is expected to be complete this September.
