Harkins Completes Phase 1 of Friendship Court Redevelopment
Harkins Builders has announced that the first phase of the Friendship Court Redevelopment has reached substantial completion. This first phase of 4, includes 3 buildings with 106 residential units. With a commitment to zero displacements of residents, the redevelopment of Friendship Court will transform the 150 townhouse apartments into a 450-unit income-tiered community, replacing all existing units and introducing new townhouses and multifamily units.
