Hotel Nixed From 1250 U Street NW Development
Eastbanc & Jameson have updated plans for the 1250 U Street NW project. Original plans called for 106 apartments and 51 hotel rooms along with 36 stacked duplexes. Now the 51 hotel rooms will be 44 micro-apartments that could be leased on a short-term basis bringing the total unit count to 186 total. The updated plans also increase the number of stories within the building from 9 to 10 while keeping the building height the same.
