Hunts Point Warehouse Sells for $119M
An 81,000 square foot warehouse in the Hunts Point neighborhood of The Bronx has just sold for $119 million. Located at 511 Barry Street, the 4.6-acre property was purchased by CenterPoint Properties of Saddle Brook, NJ. The property is currently leased by Amazon and is desirable due to its proximity to Manhattan, and ample space for parking. Baldor Specialty Foods sold the warehouse just two years ago to Innovo Property Group for $54 million. Innovo has therefore bagged a significant profit on its sale to CenterPoint Properties.
