Interior Fit Out Underway at 345 Harrison
Construction continues at 345 Harrison with interior fit out of a new 10,000 square-foot CVS Pharmacy and retail store on the ground floor of the building.
When complete 345 Harrison will consists of two new 14-story buildings totaling approximately 535,900 square feet of new space. Approximately 585 rental residential apartments are being built at 345 Harrison, along with up to 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. including a 10,000-square-foot CVS Pharmacy and the Shore Leave tiki bar and restaurant.
