Large New Jersey Logistics Warehouse Trades for $98.5M
A large, Class-A warehouse and distribution center, located at 8 Peach Tree Hill Road in Livingston, New Jersey, has just traded hands for $98.5 million. The structure was purchased by Invesco Real Estate, from the previous owners, Bluewater Property Group and Affinius Capital, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
Recently completed in 2022 and known as the "West Essex Logistics Center", the 293,887 square foot building was designed by M+H Architects, and built by Hunter Roberts Construction Group.
The facility features 36-foot ceiling clearances, 54 by 48-foot column spacing, with 60-foot speed bays, 54 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors, 56 trailer storage spaces, and a sizable, employee parking lot, with enough room for 324 vehicles.
The 31-acre property is conveniently located just 16 miles from Newark International Airport, 17 miles from Port Newark / Elizabeth, and less than 25 miles from Manhattan, making for easy and efficient transportation connectivity.
