Large Warehouse Project Planned in Ronkonkoma
Developer, , is currently planning to build a large, industrial warehouse, at 2100 Smithtown Avenue, in Ronkonkoma, New York (Long Island).
Designed by , the square foot building will be known as Venture Park ISP III.
In addition to warehousing space, the facility will feature 35 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors, 36-foot interior clearance heights, 50 ’x 54’ column spacing, auxiliary office space, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, and an employee parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.
Ideally set up for distribution operations, the development will be conveniently positioned for efficient logistics. The property sits directly across the street from Long Island MacArthur Airport, and just a few miles from the Long Island Expressway (LIE).
The project site spans square feet (roughly 9 acres) and is currently occupied by a single-story, industrial building. This will have to be demolished if plans proceed with the new development.
