Sizable Warehouse Project Coming to Ronkonkoma
Developer, , currently has plans to build a medium-sized, industrial warehouse asset, at 3175 Veterans Memorial Highway, in Ronkonkoma, New York (Long Island).
Designed by , the square foot building will be known as Venture Park ISP II. In addition to warehousing space, the facility will feature 16 loading docks, 2 drive-in doors, 32-foot interior clearance heights, 54 ’x 50’ column spacing, square feet of auxiliary office space, an ESFR fire sprinkler system, and an employee parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.
Ideally set up for distribution operations, the development will be conveniently positioned for efficient logistics. The property sits just down the road from Long Island MacArthur Airport, and a few miles from the Long Island Expressway (LIE).
The project site spans square feet (nearly 5 acres) and is currently an unimproved, wooded area.
