Marcus Partners Acquire Maples Crossing Site for $23M
Marcus Partners have acquired 12 -14 South Hunt Road & 24 Hunt Road in Amesbury for $23,000,000 with $72,719,000 in financing secured through Cambridge Savings Bank. Plans for the site within Maples Crossing call for a 400,000-square-foot industrial facility for Munters. Munters will use the new facility to house its desiccant dehumidification products and services for the North American market. The plan is to be fully operational at the new site during 2024.
