MathWorks Proposes Expansion of Natick Campus
Mathworks has filed plans for the expansion of their Lakeside Natick Campus. The company purchased the property at 24 Superior Drive in 2022, which increased the size of their campus from approximately 31 acres to 36 acres. The Lakeside Campus currently features four office buildings and a structured parking garage. Three of the office structures comprise the MathWorks operations at the Campus, and the office building located at the newly purchased 24 Superior Drive property is proposed to be demolished. Mathworks plans to construct a new four-story roughly 225,000 square-foot office building and a single-story 9,000 square foot connector building.
