MIT Tops Out Graduate Residence Hall
The West Campus Graduate Residence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology celebrated topping off last week. The two-building development will include 676 new beds of graduate housing with a publicly accessible central plaza and green space that will serve as a gateway to the Fort Washington Historic District and Park. The residence will also provide lobbies, lounges, study spaces, a fitness center, and other resident amenities, including ample indoor bike storage. Construction is expected to be complete in 2024.
