Mixed-Use Building Planned in Carillon Office Park
Local developer Echelon has filed plans for a new 67,700 square foot mixed-use building in Carillon Office Park. The site is at the corner of Main Street N. and Carillon Parkway. The vacant 1.67-acre parcel is across from a Publix grocery store, between the existing Waterview Apartments, the Axio Apartments and adjacent to Park and Main, an apartment building under construction. The plans, which do not specify exact space and use, indicate amenity space for a lobby, dog washing area, bicycle storage which are typically included in multifamily properties.
