Mixed-Use Development Planned in Davenport
Orlando-based Epic Development has plans for a mixed-use development in Davenport that would bring 360 apartments and 51 detached single-family homes. The single-family homes will be built on 50’x120’ lots. Plans also call for a clubhouse, pool, and playground along with green space. In addition to the residential component, the 42-acre development site, which is close to the Champions Gate and Reunion communities, will also include a commercial outparcel with frontage on Ronald Reagan Parkway.
