Construction at Artea, near Jacksonville's East San Marco neighborhood, is on track for on time delivery in Q2 2025 according to developer Corner Lot . Artea is a transit-oriented multifamily community developed in partnership with Jacksonville Transit Authority. The property will connect to the JTA San Marco Skyway rail station and new bike and pedestrian corridors. This multifamily property will have 340 units and a multilevel precast parking garage.
