New Renderings Released for 325 Bergen Street
New Renderings have been released for a 7-story, residential development, known as "Bergen", going up at 325 Bergen Street in Brooklyn's Boerum Hill neighborhood.
Developed and constructed in-house by , the building is set to contain luxury condo units, offered in studio and one to five-bedroom configurations.
The development will have 14,500 square feet of interior resident amenities, and 12,000 square feet of outdoor amenities, including open rooftop parks, gardens, and green spaces. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
The project site spans square feet and it replaces several smaller buildings, which used to occupy 4 separate lots. Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet.
Construction was originally planned to wrap up by the winter of 2024, but is now expected to complete sometime in 2025. Valley Bank recently supplied a $105 million loan, which is being used to fund construction costs.
