Superstructure Rises at 325 Bergen Street
A 7-story, residential development, is rising slowly but surely at 325 Bergen Street in Brooklyn's Boerum Hill neighborhood.
Construction crews are currently forming the concrete superstructure of the building, and have so far reached the 5th floor.
Developed and contracted in-house by , the building is set to contain luxury condo units.
The development will have several resident amenities, including open gardens and green spaces, although a full list is not yet available at this time. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
The project site spans square feet and it replaces several smaller buildings, which used to occupy 4 separate lots. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction was originally planned to wrap up by the winter of 2024, but it looks like the project will take a little longer to finish based on the current state of progress.
