New Renderings Revealed for Miami Riverbridge Development

 

 

New renderings have been submitted to the Miami River Commission for the redevelopment of the Hyatt Regency in Miami. The development will include a 3-tower complex comprised of 1,806 apartments (264 will be serviced), 615 hotel rooms, 190,000 sq ft of meeting space, 20,000 sq ft of co-working space, and 1,100 parking spots. The 3.8 million square foot development will be highlighted by an 87-story tower that will rise to 1,044 feet and will contain 860 apartments. Another tower, 61 stories, will contain 682 apartment units. Another 62-story tower will house a 615-key Hyatt Hotel with over 100,000 square feet of meeting space and 264 serviced apartments. The towers will be connected at the top by a sky bridge featuring an upscale restaurant and lounge. Other elements of the development include construction of a 480-foot section of the Miami Riverwalk pedestrian promenade, which will include 50,000 square feet of new public space. In addition, there will be a covered connection to Metromover’s Knight Center Station. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.
