NHP Submits Plans for 80-Unit Takoma Park Project
The NHP Foundation has filed a Consolidated PUD & Map Amendment for development at 7050 Eastern Ave. NW in Takoma Park. Plans call for a 4-story building with approximately 80 units for households earning between 30 and 80% AMI. The development will feature a mix of studio through 2 bedroom homes, a fitness center & community room. Per the filing, the building has been designed to complement the character and aesthetic of the Takoma Park Historic District.
