NPC Approved for 270 Dorchester Ave. in South Boston
Dinosaur Capital has won approval for updated plans for 270 Dorchester Avenue in South Boston The project will now include apartments, 114 total, instead of condo units. Units will range in size from studios through 2 bedrooms with 20 units designated affordable. Retail square footage with the project has also been reduced from 6,590 square feet to approximately 4,300 square feet.
