NPC Filed for Stalled Southie Project, New Developer
has been designated the new developer of The Freeport project in South Boston and has entered a purchase agreement for the project. The company has filed a notice of project change for 270 Dorchester Avenue, reducing the unit count from 114 to 88.
Plans call for an 8-story multifamily project. Originally approved in 2017, demolition for the project is complete with foundation work ongoing.
