NPC Filed for Under Construction Southie Project
A notice of project change has been filed for the mixed-use building under construction at 267 Old Colony Avenue. The developer now proposes the residential units as condos instead of rental units. The building will include 55 residential units along with nearly 8,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
