Office to Residential Conversion Planned for K St. Property
The RMR Group has submitted plans to convert the existing medical office building at 2141 K Street NW to residential use. Plans call for roughly 96 residential units along with new resident amenity space. The applicant also plans to add a penthouse green screen that will be used to meet the Green Area Ratio requirement triggered by the conversion.
