Permit Pulled for South Boston Multifamily
A permit valued at over $25M has been pulled to begin work on the multifamily project approved at 2 H Street in South Boston. The 4-story building will include 127 apartments with roughly 3,000 square feet of retail space. In March, N&P Associates filed a notice of project change to volunteer 16 units within the project as affordable housing.
