Plans Filed for $500 Million Life Science Center at Suffolk Downs
The HYM Investment Group has announced a change in project at Suffolk Downs. The company filed plans for a $500M, 5-story, 133-foot lab/R&D building featuring 500,000 SF of research space on sub-blocks R/10 and R/11, changing the previously planned residential development.
The massive Suffolk Downs project won approval in Boston and Revere and will feature 10.52 million SF, more than doubling the residential development pipeline for the cities.
