Plans for H Street Hotel Head to Zoning Board
Rift Valley Partners have filed an application with the Zoning Board for the construction of a 9-story addition behind five three-story row houses at 509-517 H Street NW in the Chinatown section of the Downtown Historic District. The project would be for lodging and accessory uses. The Historic Preservation Review Board voted in favor of the concept in April 2023.
