Plans Resurface for Chinatown Affordable Housing Development
The Asian Community Development Corporation and The Community Builders have filed a Letter of Intent for development of Parcel P-12C in Chinatown. New plans for the 0.67-acre site call for an 11-story project to feature 132 residential units, a mix of 96 rentals, and 36 condos, all of which will be income-restricted, to families at a range of income. A 31-story mixed-use tower to feature affordable housing and hotel space was previously approved for the site however a new RFP was issued by the City in April after those plans fell through.
