Plans Under Review for 1st Phase of Lakeside Apt. Redevelopment in Worcester
Plans are under review for the first phase of the redevelopment of the Lakeside Apartments in Worcester. Development of the 11.7+ acre site calls for 356 units across 4 phases with units to include a mix of apartments & condos. The 1st phase of the project would include the demo of 8 buildings and construction of 2 new buildings to feature 116 units in total. Plans also include a community room, onsite management office, and new open & recreation spaces.
