Pre-Leasing Begins for The Artemis at Arlington Heights
The Dolben Company has announced they have assumed management of The Artemis at Arlington Heights in Arlington, MA. This brand-new community is now pre-leasing for the first phase with move-ins starting on October 1. Phase 1 offers studio to three-bedroom homes and two more phases are slated to come online; one in December 2023 and the final phase in February 2024. Once complete, the property will consist of 124 apartment homes.
All units will offer stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, and oversized windows. Select apartments will also offer balconies, some featuring views of the Boston skyline.
