Site Cleared at Westshore Mixed-Use Development
The building has been demolished and the land has been cleared on the site of a proposed development that would bring 360 apartments and a restaurant to Tampa’s Westshore district. The proposed apartment community, with a 7,000-square-foot restaurant, would rise on the site of the former AAA building. The apartments would be contained in two 14-story buildings, with a six-story parking garage with 718 parking spaces between them. The ground floor restaurant, which would feature a 1,932-square-foot patio, would front Westshore.
